We accept payments via PayPal and Maya. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge all applicable fees to your selected payment method.

Billing occurs on a recurring basis, as specified in your selected plan. Fees will be charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel your subscription.
A.4.3 Late or Failed Payments
If a payment fails or is late, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services until the outstanding balance is paid.

This does not grant ownership of the underlying software or imply any proprietary rights beyond the open-source license.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use our services for business purposes in accordance with these ToS.
A.7.2 Restrictions
All non-software content (e.g., branding, custom elements, documentation) created specifically for billing.cirrofy.com is the intellectual property of our company, Cirrofy, and is not covered by the open-source license.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our explicit written permission.
A.8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
A.9. Limitation of Liability

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no online system is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection of your data.
B.6. Service Availability and Maintenance
We strive to provide continuous access to our services. However, we reserve the right to suspend, modify, or terminate parts of the service for maintenance or upgrades, or due to factors outside our control.
B.6.1 Scheduled Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance may occur periodically, and users will be notified in advance of such events whenever possible. During maintenance, access to the application may be temporarily unavailable.

Failure to pay subscription fees on time may result in suspension or termination of your access to the service. Repeated non-payment may lead to permanent account termination.

B.8. Intellectual Property
The Dolibarr software that powers our service is licensed under an open-source license, which is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3 (GPL-3.0). Use of Dolibarr’s features must also comply with its licensing terms. We encourage users to review this license to understand their rights and obligations regarding the Dolibarr software.
B.8.1 Limited License for SaaS Access
While the underlying Dollibarr software is open-source, your access to Cirrofy hosted ERP service is licensed solely for your business use in compliance with these ToS. This does not grant ownership of the underlying software or imply any proprietary rights beyond the open-source license.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use our services for business purposes in accordance with these ToS.
